Problem w/ itunes display traditional chinese id3 tag

Sorry that I couldn't type Chinese at work.

Here is the problem, the id3 tags of the mp3s are displaying symbols instead of traditional chinese whenever I drag the songs into itunes; and I am really tired of changing it manually everytime. So is there any ways to fix this problem?

I jus brought a MB few days ago, so there's many things that I do not know about the OSX
