請問 iTunes 的外掛如果不想用

我是剛加入蘋果世界的新手，請各位多多指教。
請問 iTunes 的外掛程式 Jewelcase 如果不想再用，要如何把它移除。
因為我發覺在一開始秀 CD 外盒時會有一點點延遲，歌曲也會停頓一下下。
還有每當按一次 F9 功能鍵都會有停頓現象。
不知是正常的還是我的蘋果有問題。
還請各位大大告知，謝謝各位。

1. From the JewelCase menu select JewelCase > Preferences.
2. Click the triangle in the lower-left corner of the window, and click the Un-Install button.
