這邊提到 顆粒是Toshiba 15nm TLC NAND(沒寫到，就應該不是3D TLC，而是一般 2D TLC)

那個連結裡是Plextor M7V and M6V SSD Specifications
實際規格是：Plextor EX1 採用 Hynix's 16nm TLC 快閃記憶體，並使用 SMI 控制器，而韌體則由 Plextor 自行開發，並提供給用戶 PlexNitro 軟體
