"service req EXXX", 錯誤訊息, 是指有電機損壞(例如加熱器, 雷射組, 風扇......),
使用者無法自行排除故障, 需要送到服務廠才能修理,
至於哪個電機故障, 只能在service manual 才查得到

epson 的service manual 不公布
如果有service manual 要修印表機就很容易

Service Req Cffff/ Service Req Exxx A controller error or a print engine error has been detected. Turn off the printer. Wait at least a few seconds, then turn it back on. If the error message still appears, write down the error number listed on the LCD panel (Cffff/Exxx), turn off the printer, unplug the power cord, then contact a qualified service representative.
