I am sure you are trying to be helpful to some of the electrical concepts in the areas of designing protective circuits within either home power design or product power surege protection.
However, please do review your English grammar. You said you are an academical professor (I suppose from your article); I strongly doubt that.... cause you really have a lot of English grammar difficulties. Also, please be specific to the subject matters you are trying to reveal c\or other wise people might misunderstand what you are trying make a point of.
If you insist to use English as your primarily reply language in this forum, it is okay since most Taiwanese I know of are pretty capable of comprehanding English reading. However, please do use correct grammar, be specific on the subject matter, and choose appropriate vocabularies to make yourself easier to be understood.
I am sure you merely tried to help a bit from your perspective and I respect people like you who is willing to share knowledge.
