skype on ipad and 耳機問題？？

Recently, I am happy using my ipad, and the more I use it the more I like it.
I also use skype on ipad, and it runs very good.
However........

when I use my ipod touch 耳機, and I can hear my voice while I SPEAK
DO YOU GUYS HAVE THIS QUESTION HAPPENED???


or can I use Apple 耳機＋麥克風 那一款耳機

any suggestions??
