如果你從ITUNE上買了一部電影是不是可以隨時回去下載? 還是說下載完一次第二次就要重新付費.

Yeah. You'd better back up your purchased music and movies somewhere, like an external drive, because you never know when the hard drive is going to die on you.

And think of it this way, the reason music and movie purchases cannot be re-downloaded is because in the US music and movie digital downloads are tracked and compiled and then presented as weekly sales charts. Maybe until there is a way to distinguish new purchases and re-downloads, we won't see this policy changed for some time to come.
