因為 網上大家好像都是問手機品牌廠，所以我就改向google提問，以下是反應問題的過程，提供大大們參考~
1.7/5 寫信給google play客服反應問題 (目前還沒有中文的提問區，所以只能寫英文)
2.7/12 google play 客服回覆
主要是說明，連網路時可能是使用4g連線，但手機連網目前還是3g而不是4g
所以，問題仍然沒有解決，我仍持續反應中，有收到其他回覆再跟大家分享吧

Thanks for contacting us regarding the "Waiting on network" error you're getting while connected to 4G on your device and downloading from Google Play. It looks like you're experiencing issue #6789539 from our known issues page:

This issue is a problem with the configuration of your carrier network, but we're currently working with carriers to get it resolved. In the meantime, as a temporary workaround, please use 3G instead of 4G to download from Google Play.
