上面有介紹已經root但又想更新的非常基本的方法，小弟我的手機剛好只有root過，且也測試過了，方法可行，就看各位願不願意嘗試了，
首先我先貼原文：
On your Phone
open Astro and go to "download" folder
long-press and select "edit"
press "move"
press back button
press "edit" from the top menu bar
press "paste"
long press the file
press "edit", then press "rename"
rename to update.zip then press OK
Installation
power off phone
hold "volume down" and turn on phone
A screen should appear showing your phone's system searching for various files. Scroll down to “recovery” using the volume down button and press the “Power” button
When you see the triangle with an exclamation point symbol, press the “Power” and “Volume Up” buttons at the same time. This may take a few attempts
From the menu that appears, use the trackball to select "Apply sdcard:update.zip." Press down on the trackball to start.
When the screen displays "Install from sdcard complete" use trackball to select "reboot system now" and wait for the phone to power back up.
這是我翻譯的中文(有錯的話請多包涵)
首先把手機下載好存在sd卡裡面download資料夾中的更新檔移到上一層，然後再重新命名為update.zip
接下來把手機關機，先壓住音量調低的按鈕不放，在按住power鍵直到開機，會進入系統模式，接著使用音量鍵上下選擇到recovery的選項，然後在按power鍵。
接下來會有個狀況(本人碰到的)
1.直接進到recovery模式，如果直接進到這個模式的話，就直接選擇Apply sdcard:update.zip然後按軌跡球確認就會開始安裝了，但本人在安裝完之後會一直重複開機，這時我就把電池拔下，然後在進入一次系統模式，在選recovery的選項，接著就會進入到原文所說的，有一個手機然後還有三角形的圖案出現在螢幕上，這時就同時按音量向上鍵和power鍵一陣子，就會進入到另一個畫面，這時你可以看到Apply sdcard:update.zip選項，然後在按執行，就會在安裝一次，安裝完後重新開機，就正常了。
PS:這是我自己使用過的心得，中間還是有許多原因不是很懂，如果有知道原理的朋友可以麻煩解答一下會更好，感激不盡。
再次說明一次，我是desire手機，本人是成功了，但不保證完全安全，因此還是先備份比較好。
