By default, Samsung Notes data is stored inside the app’s protected directory, which you can’t directly access without root privileges:
/data/data/com.samsung.android.app.notes/
Within that folder you’ll find:
databases/ → contains the main note database (samsung_notes.db)
files/ → stores attachments, thumbnails, and temporary media
shared_prefs/ → holds user settings and sync configurations
🔒 Access restriction:
You cannot browse this path with a regular file manager or even via USB because /data/ is sandboxed by Android security.
Only rooted devices or ADB backup tools (before Android 12) could access it directly.
