其實問題出在PC Advisor的那個作者身上，感覺整篇文章上有點問題：

這邊作者也是引用MobileInsurance的資料，在內容描述排名就是正確的，如下
Claims data from MobileInsurance.co.uk showed the top 10 handsets most prone to faults based on user experience, with the most likely phone to cause you trouble based on user experience and claims being the Samsung Galaxy S3.
In at second was the HTC Desire S, with the top five rounded out by the Nokia Lumia 610 at third, the iPhone 4 at fourth and the BlackBerry Bold 9900 at fifth.
兩者都是引用同來源的資料，為什麼會有HTC ONE的亂入，PC Advisor那篇作者的複製貼上功能可能出了一些問題吧~~~
