三星 Note 3, 可能有地區鎖！ 小心水貨！

So people buying the Note 3, do your homework! This thing comes with a region lock!!

Samsung themselves dont know it yet. Samsung germany says its permanant, samsung switzerland says that it gets removed after the first SIM from the locked region is inserted.

If you intend to roam, please do your homework!
