這個版本的Android以架構上來看，是運行在Windows mobile之上（有點類似VM, Virtual Machine）。所以，並不是刷機（flash ROM）而是先開機進入Windows Mobile後，然後再執行…
只要把相關檔案下載、解壓縮、copy 到 SD卡根目錄中，然後執行特定檔案就可以了…
舉例來說，XDA神人們目前的進度還沒有辦法正確的在運行Andriod的時候辨識使用者打的PIN code（怎麼打都是錯的）。所以，如果您也想要試試看，就必須先開機，然後在Windows Mobile中設定開機的時候不要輸入PIN。這樣，執行Android的時候，就會跳過輸入PIN的畫面。
所以我才會懷疑，不同的ROM，跑Android的穩定度會不會有不一樣的影響。

Don't expect too much for Android over WM since it's still a VM. But a lite rom may helps a bit.

I presume most of the smart phone users don't have the IT background. They're probably not confident of flasing ROMs or doing something like that. Once the step-by-step procedure's done, they will enjoy flashing the phone over and over again.
Honestly speaking, I never expect that Android will replace Windows Mobile 6.1/6.5 on X1. However, it's really something interesting to me.
It's a sort of the alternative to the users who are interested but not going to purchase an Android phone in the near future, isn't it?
