Don't worry, your sleeves are only about 26.5" long. The +2 you must have seen on your paperwork is what we had to add to the pattern we used for you to make the proper length.
We normally do add a little bit to the sleeve measurements for a couple reasons though. First, we only ask you to measure to the smallest part of your wrist. This keeps everyone consistent, but obviously that would be too short. Secondly, they will shorten up as they break in. You can actually loose up to an inch in length as the wrinkles in the elbow set and become permanent.
I hope this alleviates some of your worry. Even if they seem a bit long when you first get it, keep in mind that they will shorten up during break in. They're built to fit properly once broken in, not necessarily right away. (and, if after a year of wear and breaking in, they seem too long, we can always make them shorter! Ya can't make them longer if they are too short after they break in!) ;-)
