
我12/12訂購...12/13出貨,是可以追蹤的DPD寄出來的
結果,大約等了六天沒收到...追蹤之後已經被簽收走了

明明track後是退回sender...
結果ASOS回信叫我確認

寫信去ASOS和DPD溝通...結果才由ASOS回信說東西寄丟了
I have checked and can confirm that unfortunately the parcel has been lost with our carrier and I have processed a replacement for your order which will be with you on or before 25/01/2011. The following items have been replaced:
部份東西會補給我,部份東西沒貨了...

然後...我就自動多了一筆訂單...上面就有補給我的東西
書信往返的過程要有點耐心就是了...從半年前開始在ASOS購物平均1-2禮拜就下一個訂單
有問題寫信回覆都挺快的
應該耶誕忙出貨...會稍久一點
