有關於BANK FASHION沒有收到貨的問題

各位大大好 我11/28號BANK FASHION消費 至今都未收到包裹，第一次買東西約兩個星期收到貨 商品的品質也都不錯，這是第二次消費沒想到就中獎了(苦惱)，經過了幾天的MAIL往返他要我填寫Missing Parcel Declaration form ，要等他寄出我填寫完再寄回 好像是這樣子，請問各位大大有這樣的經驗嗎 ? 謝謝

I can appreciate your concern regarding the whereabouts of your parcel, in order for me to progress this for you I will need to send a Missing Parcel Declaration form which will require completing and posting back to us within 10 working days.

Once we have received the declaration we can investigate this further.
