結果我從上禮拜開始寄信給他，他都沒回我信
然後我就上 Nexus 7 的 support page 去提問題

然後也是沒回信，後來又寫一封還是沒回，我就在 Google play 的問卷上選'極度不滿意'
然後今天收到回信，兩封都回
一封說會幫我轉給其他可以處理的人，一封說因為你的 Nexus 7 不是在美國買的，所以不能修
