I report your case to NVIDIA USA to make sure your claim on the system, because I cannot see the status through our tracking system.
Please accept our apologies and thank you for your patience whilst you await your tablet to be shipped. I appreciate it is frustrating to be without your tablet and NVIDIA are doing all we can to ensure that customers are not waiting too long for their replacement tablet.



Please be assured that our team are working as fast as they can to mail all tablets out. As you can appreciate, there are large volumes we need to work through so although I am unable to give you exact timescales.

我也是8/1申請,10月中才收到。(北美)

等待期間也打去問了兩三次,都說在作業中。所以,寫個email或請人打電話去問問進度吧。

though we haven't had feedback from them yet.



It will take some time, and I cannot give you exact timescales for your delivery.
