很想講難聽的話，想想算了不值得造口業，只能說損陰德的事不要去做，毀了公司商譽更嚴重的是傷害到自己。有些事情年紀大了慢慢就會懂了...
身為前奧迪A6車主，有種恨鐵不成鋼的感覺，明明不錯的品牌與產品，形象在台灣卻被搞成這樣，永遠矮人家一截，這也是我後來換車時，其實很喜歡很喜歡A8最後卻還是選擇了7系，買到這個級距若還得不到多數人的認同，我不想心情落寞，果然 當初開奧迪那麼多年，我老丈人似乎從沒正眼看過我的奧迪一眼，但 換了BMW之後我馬上注意到他有默默打量甚至會故意靠過來瞧瞧內裝....

Sorry to write this letter to bother you!
There is something necessary to let you know. And I hope you can make the right decision and give a final instruction.
First of all, thanks for meet with me (Kenny Ho) in the January 28 and understand my car problem (Volkswagen Golf 1.6 petrol version).
At that time, I demanded 2 items:
1. Please explicitly tell me when and how to solve this problem? No more 2 years.
2. If problem cannot be solved, negotiate the price and details with me to buy my car back.
At the end of meeting, you expressed that on February 6 we will see the final decision: fix it, change it, or buy it back.
After that day, Denies hesitates and postpones until February 9.
Denies told me the car has been updated complete, there is no problem. So I went to test if the car functions well.
How amazing, downshift gear shock becomes upshift gear shock. The problem has not been solved.
Denies explained to me that the computer has to learn more than 30km from now.
I chose to believe VAG Group and gave one more day for computer auto learning.
On February 10, Denies said "no problem, no more problems" again!
During the test drive, D1 Gear light flashed and lost power for 10 seconds and then returned to normal.
I have always believed the high technology and VWG brand value.
But 2-year not repairable problem forced me to lose confidence in VWG.
Dear Ronnie, do I have to trust what VWG tells me?
If my car problem is not repairable, dear Ronnie, please kindly consider my demands: change it, or buy it back.
Denies said residual-value of my car is about TWD$ 500,000, and the lowest price of Tiguan 1.4 for me is about TWD$ 1,040,000.
Therefore I have to pay TWD$ 540,000 to buy Tiguan.
Is this the way VWG deals with car problem? Is VWG doing the same thing like a used car dealer?
I do not see any reparation to my 2-year long car problem and VWG brand value!
I will not consider any condition now Denies propose to me.
Dear Ronnie, you are a consumer too! Think about Volkswagen Taiwan will transfer what value and what impression to consumers!
Earnestly request wisdom and sensible Ronnie Marais make a right and satisfying aftersales direction. Otherwise 2-year long not repairable car problem already makes a consumer have the strong feeling of being deceived.
PS:
1. Ronnie can designate a single person in charge to discuss with me. Otherwise, I don't know who and what I will believe. Because VW Dealer at Chiayi Taiwan called Zong Cheng (宗承) try to talk with me! I really do not know why and what will happen!
I have no trust to sixth generation Volkswagen Golf.
Since 2-year long not repairable car problem, I demands change it, or buy it back.
