13年的車中文界面有解了嗎?

各位車友:
昨天我又上台灣福斯官網寫了客訴信件,反應關於中文化已經等了一年仍遲遲沒有下文的意見,
今天有一位專員打電話給我表示,中文化其實有再進行,只是軟體有些bug,還得等原廠修正,
我當下反應,這件事不過就是韌體更新,有必要讓我們這2百多台車主等上一年嗎?

這位專員不知道是唬爛還是說真的,竟然跟我說11月到港之後的車硬體跟軟體都搭配好,所以才有中文化,
像我們這些原本沒有中文化的車主,除了韌體要更新,還得更換儀表板跟MIB主機零件(哪招?)

我在電話中反應,這真的是我頭一次聽到只是加個中文語系還得跟更換硬體= =

總之,專員就只會鬼打牆說,這件事有再進行,請我再等一陣子。

我只好說,謝謝,感恩,安詞鞋~掛電話。

唉,中文化到底要等多久阿!?
