Apple就一句話,
All purchases made on the iTunes Store are final.
拒絕退款請求,當然在退款前要把所有此軟體的copy都殺掉也有照做,
只是還是被拒絕,
我現在要拿台灣的iTunes clause and term來在跟Apple說看看。購買7日內可以退款的clause如下來跟Apple說看看。
"YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY AND ITUNES WILL REIMBURSE YOU FOR THE AMOUNT PAID, PROVIDED YOU INFORM ITUNES THAT YOU HAVE DELETED ALL COPIES OF THE PRODUCT. UPON CANCELLATION YOU WILL NO LONGER BE LICENSED TO USE THE PRODUCT. THIS RIGHT CANNOT BE WAIVED."

你弄錯重點。重點是「After some further investigation into this matter xxx, your request for a refund for order numbers "Mxxxxxxx and MHQxxxxxxxxx" was carefully considered; 」這句話。
被打槍的經驗不是只有你碰過,我也碰過。
我先前是退一個可以連 SMB 的檔案管理軟體,申訴的時候已經超過一個月。
一開始被打槍,後來我繼續投訴,說明原作者明知有 Bug 但溝通無效,
不但不更新反而還重新包裝成新 App 要收第二次錢,
於是 Apple 就很爽快的退錢給我了。
要退款總要有理由;如果只是單純「不喜歡」,別人為何要退款給你?
這個 App 不符合你的期望,至少要說明是「哪裡」不符合期望吧?
是 App Store 上刊載的廣告和截圖說明不清?與實際執行狀況不符?
說明不清使用困難然後原作者客服不理不睬?
你總要說清楚講明白,證明你不是來亂的吧?
「衝動購買事後反悔」這不是一個站得住腳的理由。
就算是在消費者天堂的美國,也沒有任何法律條款支持這樣的行為。
加州法律也只有規定「商店退貨條款必須清楚明白告知」,
並沒有強迫商店在任何狀況下都必須無條件接受退貨。
商店退款給消費者只是一種救濟,不是消費者的權力。
自己做的決定要自己承擔,不要把消保法第 19 條無限上綱。
