他有提到是單純纏鬥還是綜合比試，如果是綜合比試，EF2000的航電與AESA雷達自然會很遠就發現傳統雷達的F-16C，在單純纏鬥時EF2000有特定戰法對付四代戰機，他的機動特性並不輸F-16C還有專門的新飛彈，造成懸殊比數，F-16升級到Block 70以後的航電與新的AIM-9X纏鬥飛彈就是全新的戰法對幹。
當F-16披上匿蹤塗料，兩機都是AESA雷達，誰先發現對方就非常有意思了，F-16V有了AIM-9X整個纏鬥就變成一兩個pass就結束了，性能竟完全匹配了，但是性能再好也可能變成對方飛彈下的亡魂，完全看佔位，但是當飛彈用完，就真的變成技術的挑戰了。
F-16翼端掛上更重的AIM-120是因為，這兩顆飛彈應該是在發現敵人的第一時間就發射出去了，不會留下來變成纏鬥的累贅!

翼尖中程飛彈, 中距離視距外接敵, 早就先發射了. MOI 降低, 滾轉動作就更快了.
翼尖掛較重的中程飛彈, 中程接敵時沒發射, 留著 近接纏鬥 拖泥帶水........... 這什麼鬼 ?
