I read the URL you gave in your post. I think you said it on point "so while the number is inaccurate and meaningless, I have no factual basis on which to confirm or deny it." Sometimes, I think some people in the society place too much emphasis on IQ. IQ test, if administered correctly and the examinee did not prepare for it, could be accurate up to a certain point. Very high scores could be unreliable or accurate.
I wish you the best of luck. Taiwan really needs some guidance to guide the ship in dangerous water. You might need to make adjustment based on the resources available. Some of Taiwan's young people are not really competitive on the international stage. What's worse, they don't seem to care or want to learn and improve. Some of them think they know it all, when in reality they don't.
