The Minnesota Timberwolves have acquired guard Ayo Dosunmu in a four-player trade with the Chicago Bulls, sources told ESPN.

The trade also sends Julian Phillips to the Timberwolves, while the Bulls receive Rob Dillingham, Leonard Miller and four second-round draft picks, according to sources.

喔！Ayo Dosunmu ( 2021: Rd 2, Pk 38 (CHI) ) 會是一個狠角色！

Dosunmu, 26, is having a career year for the Bulls, averaging 15.0 points on 51% shooting and 45% from 3-point range, the eighth-best percentage in the league.

Ayo Dosunmu 會跟近期火燙的 Bones Hyland 扛起替補的火力供輸，還是取代 Donte DiVincenzo 打先發呢 ? 我覺得 Dosunmu 這一年在公牛猛到無法置信，既然公牛放他走，肯定是仍有未待解決的毛病。重點是贏球治百病，公牛時期， Dosunmu 是輸多贏少，而且大多是打替補。

Dosunmu 為一個薪資才 750 萬能有場均 15 分的怪物後衛來說，他的表現不會輸給 Naz Reid ( 14.6)，若這兩位板凳刺客都能正常發揮，灰狼的板凳組，也就是第二陣容將相當可怕。目前，我是覺得 Chris Finch 的調度相當保守，大部分都是主力在撐場，像是 Johnny Juzang 與菜鳥中鋒 Joan Beringer 也可以用，但大多是落後太多時才用。

希望 Dosunmu 帶來的是串連更多灰狼替補球員的發揮，讓先發組能獲得更多休息時間。

Minnesota took a brief one-point lead with 50 seconds remaining on a 3-pointer by Bones Hyland, but Williamson converted a three-point play to put the Pelicans up 117-115 with 35.5 seconds to play.

Anthony Edwards' shot fell short and Bey grabbed the rebound and was fouled by Julius Randle with 10.8 seconds to play.

Gobert said that perhaps Finch should start benching players who aren’t showing that effort on the defensive end of the floor, regardless of their stature on the team or how many minutes they are accustomed to playing. “It should start with ourselves, but it seems like we don’t have that, so I think at some point from the coaches, yeah,” Gobert said. “It’s not an easy position for a coach to take guys out of the game. It’s not something that you want to do, but I think if the players don’t show any effort, at some point, no matter how talented we are as a team, if you don’t have that, you just can’t be a winning team.”

And Gobert, the four-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year, sounded as frustrated as he has ever been in his Wolves tenure. “Just no effort. We’ve seen that many, many times this year, last few years, since I’ve been here,” he said. “We always know it’s coming. When it comes there’s no sense of urgency, no accountability. So I think at some point, if the players don’t have accountability, someone has to have accountability for the players.”

Championship habits？我覺得灰狼要先考慮陣形，雖然季後賽首輪損失了 Donte DiVincenzo，但整體的攻守仍不是挑戰總冠軍的等級。

其中的禁區能量，無法跟雷霆與馬刺抗衡，是最大的問題了。因此，若真想爭冠，爭取 Giannis Antetokounmpo 是一個絕對有利的方案。

The most obvious avenue for the Timberwolves to look at a major change is in the frontcourt. Julius Randle ($33 million), Gobert ($36.5 million) and Reid ($23.3 million) are set to be paid almost $95 million next season. Randle and Gobert have two more years left on their contracts while Reid is signed through 2029-30. Gobert turns 34 in June, and Randle will be 32 in November, with the clock ticking on their ability to surround Edwards (24), McDaniels (25) and Reid (26) in the Timberwolves’ young core.

"We definitely need another ball handler and playmaker and somebody who can, you know, initiate the offense, take the load off of Anthony, get Anthony back to his natural best spot. I think there's a lot of things that we gained by putting Anthony on the ball. I think there's a lot of things he learned by, you know, having him on the ball. I think those things will pay off, you know, in subsequent seasons, you know, to be quite honest with you, so and that's a silver lining. But there's no doubt we need somebody to kind of help him. It it just put too much on his plate."
