我敢說，季前沒球評將季後賽的預測位置給了活塞隊，而他們辦到了。

這個令活塞隊球迷燃起希望的人，來自 2021 的選秀狀元，C. Cunningham。本季，C. Cunningham 多次演出驚人之舉，有進入全明星賽，也有可能入選年度前三隊。

哪來的地氣，絕對是總管延攬來的三名老將：T. Harris、M. Beasley 和 T. Hardaway Jr.。季中後，又補了 D. Schroder，也替外掛的經驗值加分。

當 Cunningham 的傳球對象，有了穩健的出手把握，他當然願意多傳球。但畢竟 Cunningham 與新隊友們有第一年才相融，起伏也大，失誤也多。

新星 J. Duren 與 A. Thompson 也在勝場多了以後，信心大增，有更多表現的機會。而運籌帷幄的，正是新主帥 J.B. Bickerstaff。

J.B. Bickerstaff 配合著球隊建隊方針，充分的授權給 Cunningham 去決策，關鍵時刻，還有老將給予支援，這不是只有菜鳥娃娃兵了，還有經驗豐富的沙場老兵。

Cunningham finished with 12 rebounds, 11 assists, five steals and two blocked shots, becoming the first player to reach all those totals in a game since the NBA began tracking steals and blocks in 1973-74.

He helped will the Eastern Conference-leading Pistons to their seventh straight victory on a night he shot just 14 for 45, by far the most field goal attempts in the NBA this season.

Jenkins scored a season-high 24 points and Jalen Duren had 19 points and 14 rebounds as the Pistons improved to 9-2.
