後衛：Kyle Lowry、Tyler Herro、Victor Oladipo、Max Strus、Gabe Vincent、Jamaree Bouyea、Marcus Garrett（後衛 7 名）
前鋒：Jimmy Butler、Duncan Robinson、Caleb Martin、Nikola Jovic、Haywood Highsmith、Jamal Cain、Darius Days（ 前鋒 6 名）
中鋒：Bam Adebayo、Dewayne Dedmon、Omer Yurtseven、Orlando Robinson。

Heat to convert undrafted forward Jamal Cain to two-way contract。
？Cain’s averaged 17 points and 8.5 rebounds in Heat’s past two preseason games。

Charles Barkley believes Heat should rebuild: They got some contracts that are not good, they need to start over。

On a rugged night, Bam Adebayo had 22 points and 17 rebounds and Jimmy Butler scored seven straight points late in the fourth quarter to help the Heat hold off the Pacers 87-82. Butler finished with 20 points.
The difference: Tyrese Haliburton’s poor shooting night. The Pacers guard missed all nine of his shots, all six of his 3-pointers and had just one point and three assists.
“This is classic Eastern Conference basketball — it's physical, it's grinding and both teams were trying to play fast,” Carlisle said. “The competition was great, but we've got to find a way to get better looks.”

Heat's Tyler Herro 1st in NBA history with nine 3s on consecutive days !
"I didn't know it was the record until last night when I hit nine, and they said I was one short," Herro said. "I didn't have any intention of coming in to tie the record, but I was just trying to get 3s up. I think shooting more 3s is helping."
Herro was 10-of-15 from 3-point range and 13-of-20 overall. According to ESPN Stats & Information research, he joined Stephen Curry and James Harden as the only players in NBA history to make at least nine 3-pointers in consecutive games, and he is the only one to do it on consecutive days
