握推彈弓SLINGSHOT請教: Reactive與Original

Sling Shot Reactive:
Level 2 elastic: allows you to lift approximately 5-10% more weight than your max

Sling Shot Original:
Level 3 elastic: allows you to press 10-15% more weight than your max and provides moderate assistance in pressing movements


雖然我不握推槓鈴,但是我看到這也能矯正伏地挺身.我到現在做伏地挺身的姿勢還是無法完全正確,手肘張很開,手腕容易痠痛.

請問Reactive是否比較柔軟,適合初學者?
