先去北海道2周再轉東京,入住川崎大和酒店Daiwa Roynet Hotel Kawasaki。這是一間連鎖名店,以實惠優質聞名,但真正優質服務只有在出錯時才會顯現。
I travel around Japan often, 7 times last year. As an frequent visitor, I had many appreciated experiences in Japan. But Daiwa Roynet Hotel Kawasaki is something else. Even though it was said to be a quality hotel, but a true quality should stand true when something went wrong.
入住無菸房7日,一入房間就有煙味和臭味,當下本來不想回報,後來才知道臭味是什麼。晚上逛回來後一入浴坐下,直面就是陳年尿便,多到往下溢流,噁心到無法泡澡。走出浴室後發現暖氣壞了,吹出的是冷風,12月底的冷讓人整晚手腳冰冷。
I booked for a non-smoking room for 7 days, but when I just stepped into it, smells of cigarette and some unknown thing caught my nose right away, which I knew what was it later. I wasn’t thinking of reporting at that time. But when I took bath later that night, I found out there was dated shit and urine on the toilet. They were so much that it overflowed right in front of my eyes. And the whole room smelled as well. It was nausea.
And when I walked out of bathroom with cold body, I even found out the heater was not working in the cold December night. That cold “heater” made me trembling all night.
隔日回報櫃台,小姐陪我回房勘驗時自己都說恐怖。她回去反映給經理,經理不出面,只轉告要了解狀況,之後也避而不見。於是透過家人回報給Agoda。Agoda聯繫館方多次確認有此事,但都拒絕處理。本來以為是當店經理獨特作風,回報給總部。稱已換過房,所以不補償。
Next day I reported to the counter. A staff accompanied me to check, she used the word “horror” to what she saw. After reporting, the manager did not show up, just claimed they would check, then keep invisible since then. I had to report to Agoda through family back home. Agoda contacted the hotel several times. The hotel and headquarter both confirmed those bad services, but claimed they had changed my room, so that was it. No apology.
為什麼換房?暖氣壞掉、煙味、陳年尿便,館方聲稱要進來檢修和檢查,很難信任ㄧ堆人在房裡進進出出行李的安全,不換房行嗎。且換房也不能推卸旅館沒做好最基本的服務疏失,這些服務是顧客付出應得的基本對待,不是旅館免費施捨的,冷淡回應說明大和酒店沒有把顧客放在心上。
Changing room shouldn’t be an excuse of correcting their lousy services. I had to change room because numbers of staffs would come in and out to fix the heater and clean the shit. I felt unsafe of my luggage. And changing room shouldn’t be the reason of neglecting their mistakes. The service is paid by customer, not from their pity. Daiwa Roynet Hotel disregards customer shows they did not put us in heart.
該館還有其他狀況,包含右手電梯一直晃動,小姐說一直這樣沒關係。其空氣過濾機長久未清潔,滿是厚塵。隔日毛巾也沒更新。服務品質和態度是多年住過日本旅館之最,不曉得其三星評價如何拿到。
The “one and only” services of the hotel included the filter of the air filter was full of dust, and looked uncleaned or unchanged ever. And the right lift was noticeable shaking. The staff replied it should be fine because “shaking has been a while”. And they did not change towels afterward. The unique service is the worst of my thousand stays in Japan, far away from others. I wondered how they got the three-star rating.
Agoda也絕了,多次聯繫,旅館拒不回應,他們也沒辦法,我說你們收費,卻沒有幫客人把關,甚至幫旅館擋下我寫的評論不刊登,說是審查不適宜刊登,我問哪點不適宜也說不出來,只是要我重寫到他們認為適合為止,我秒懂他們雙方的關係。 Agoda 和大和旅館只會讓你看到他們要你知道的評分和評價。
Agoda plays a weird role in this event as well. As a charge booking platform, Agoda should protect the customers to gain our trust. When the hotel refused to apologize for confirmed bad services, Agoda didn’t do anything to advise the hotel or filter for future customer. Agoda even blocked my comment and rating for no reason. They said my statement of fact was inappropriate, and refuse to tell which word or part is inappropriate. Just said keep writing, they will post it until my rating is right. Now I know how Agoda and Daiwa Roynet Hotel keep their rating system, customers got only the ratting they want you to see.
慎選旅館有事時才有保障,慎選平台,有事時才有保障。

後語: 空氣過濾器的原意是減少中央空調的"病態大樓症候群"。如果不清潔,反而更多細菌、塵蟎、黴菌孢子和過敏原,使室內空氣更髒,引發過敏、咳嗽、呼吸道疾病。相信會開房內空氣過濾者都在意自己和家人健康,但我們不知道的是那個貼心的設備,根本沒有維護時,反而害了健康啊,那台機器佈滿灰塵,可見大家都在用,卻反而都受害了。大和旅館,你們設置了空氣過濾,有設定清潔嗎?有執行嗎?
