你不妨去查一下紀錄，日本在２戰前就大量消費鯨魚肉了。二戰後到60年初期消費達到頂峰，那是因為炸鯨魚塊被放進中小學營養午餐。除了二戰後物資短缺，捕魚技術和冷凍保存加工技術才是捕獲量大增的主因。
江戶時代捕鯨就已經工業化，除了油脂之外，其餘材料充分運用，除了吃還能做啥。而鯨魚肉的消費據考古遺跡顯示，可以回朔到繩文時代。

照他的原文意思是，日本以前＂不太吃＂鯨魚，戰後被美國慫恿壓迫去大量吃鯨魚肉，然後虛偽的美國現在又回頭來指責日本捕鯨－－日本真是無辜。 二戰結束都幾年了？隨便一些資料都可以用來打這位老兄的臉。
