Does it matter which vaccine citizens received?

Vaccination certificates will be issued to a vaccinated person for any COVID-19 vaccine.

When it comes to waiving free movement restrictions, Member States will have to accept vaccination certificates for vaccines which received EU marketing authorisation.

Member States may decide to extend this also to EU travellers that received another vaccine.

EU countries have to accept all vaccines approved by the European Medicines Agency. Currently, those are Oxford/AstraZeneca, BioNTech/Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson. But countries can also decide to accept other vaccines, such as the Russian Sputnik vaccine, which is being used by Hungary.

VACCINATED TRAVELLERS ALLOWED TO TRAVEL TO EUROPE
The European Commission also agreed on May 20 that member states can safely lift restrictions on non-essential travel for vaccinated third-country citizens.

At least 14 days before the date of arrival, the individual should have received the last dose of:

An EMA approved vaccine or
A vaccine approved by the WHO for emergency use.

Reciprocity should be taken into account when lifting restrictions on vaccinated passengers.

European Commissioner for Home Affairs, Ylva Johansson, tweeted that the new recommendations “gradually opens safe travel from and to the EU.”

WHICH VACCINES ARE APPROVED BY THE EUROPEAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION?
The European Medical Association (EMA) has so far approved 4 vaccines for use in the EU:

Comirnaty (Pfizer-BioNtech)
Moderna
Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca)
Janssen (Johnson & Johnson)
The additional vaccines approved for emergency use by WHO are Serum Institute of India and Sinopharm.

目前看來只有歐盟內部，而且是分散式架構，個人資料只存手機裡(歐洲人重視隱私)，先不用想台灣了

原來早就已經有了，這是法國的程式
歐盟各國以後都會有自己的程式，他們喜歡接受什麼樣的陰性證明/或是疫苗是自己家的事
歐盟只有說經過歐盟認證的疫苗是"官方"的，匈牙利如果要接受Sputnik V或是Sinopharm是他們家的事，只是其他國家不一定會接受
目前就是如此

法國的APP應該就是他們醫療機構會打的那幾款疫苗，而且是要在法國本國打的，所以在台灣打的AZ也沒用
台灣未來如果想跟歐盟玩，也要開發自己的APP，然後其他國家也要能接受，所以我才認為歐盟官方自己也會打的疫苗才感覺比較可靠
不過目前看來就是歐盟內部自己在玩的東西，所以也不用想太多
