3G的手機一向都是大大重重 (eg. Motorola A830, A920, NEC e606) 或者奇奇怪怪 (eg. Nokia 7600)。今次終於有一部3G手機是擁有日本3G手機的功能和外形了。

NEC c616 比NEC n8 輕一點和小一點﹐內外都有鏡頭。內螢幕是176x220 65K TFT﹐ 不過外螢幕只是單色而已。
