問問有關amazon購物的問題：
1.賣家（這不是amazon直接出貨的），有寄一封確認信給我：
上面有提到訂單編號：

請問可以查詢貨物已經寄到那裡了嗎？（已經寄出但不知道何時會收到），還有amazon貨品是否都一定要本人「簽收」（我不簽收感覺沒有安全感）
2.如果我跟amazon定了一樣3c產品，寄過來卻是故障的，該如何退貨？運費要我自己出嗎？
3.我想再amazon定很多東西，是否超過某金額可以用free ship
？到底要怎樣算總運費以及從「搜尋頁面」（在amazon首頁打上想要的商品），就可以判斷此貨品是否為amazon直接出貨？
4.有關於「Amazon Prime Free Trial Member 」，加入之後對我有幫助嗎？是否需要付錢？網站上敘述一個月內免費？那之後29天內取消掉會員能夠再免費一個月嗎？

2. 跟賣家買一般是要自己出，除非這買家有特別提供如 ups 的免費寄回服務 (UPS return service)。退款可以透過 Amazon 申訴，這方面 Amazon 應該還不錯，畢竟錢是他們收的。直接跟 Amazon.com 買的，有問題她們會寄新的來，並附上免費的回郵標籤，讓你把故障的寄回去。
3. 一般是超過 $25 可以免費的 free super saver shipping。搜尋完從左邊選分類後，可以選 "Seller"，選 Amazon.com 就是 Amazon 自己賣的，大部分都是滿 $25 免運費。
4. prime 的 free trial 要提供信用卡資訊，一加入後預設一個月試用期滿後會自己購買一年期 $79。不過加入後馬上都自己 amazon 帳戶，可以把自動購買取消，也就是一個月到期後就完全沒事，不會花到一毛錢。
這個 prime 很好用，所有 amazon.com 賣的東西都是免費 2-day shipping，要 overnight shipping 只要加 $3.99。而第三點提到的 free super saver shipping 則是很慢，往往要快一個禮拜多才能收到東西，因為這個服務出貨順序是最慢最慢的。如果買的量很大可以考慮加入年費 $79 的方案，如果沒有那用用免費的 trial 就好。
以上是假設你在美國境內。
如果是在那邊買寄到台灣，那除了第一點外，都不適用。

i don't think they will provide " Signature Requirements " (簽收) for cheap items . unless you purchase most expensive items, like 50" LCD TV ....
2. IF 產品是故障的, They will send you UPS or Fedex shipping label and box to let you ship it back for free. but i think it's only free for domestic in USA only.
3.free shipping is only for some items is marked " Free Shipping "
4.「Amazon Prime Free Trial Member 」 can help you save some money. i am not sure with it.

1. Reasonable price. Never the lowest but when combined with 3% GC reward using Amazon visa card, it can be a good deal.
2. Fast shipping, combined with Amazon Prime membership, you get almost everything within 2 days.
3. Easy return. If the product doesn't meet your expectation or defective, it is really easy to return the product.
4. Price drop guarantee within 30 days. If the price in Amazon within 30 days, they usually will refund you the difference (I heard this may no longer the case starting 9/1).

Depends on how the pkg is being shipped. If it regular USPS, there is no tracking but if it is UPS/Fedex, usually there is tracking.

I think only $200-300+ pkg need signature.

If it from Amazon.com, it is really easy and you don't pay anything within the US.
If it is from Amazon market place, I guess it varies merchant from merchant.

If you are not prime member, you can get free shipping for certain items (the ones they mentioned free shipping) if the combined order is > $25.

If you see "Ships from and sold by Amazon.com.", it is sold by Amazon.

I like Amazon Prime member. It cost $79 per year though. But if you buy many things from them (like me, at least 100+ orders per year), you will find it useful and worthwhile. Also each member can invite 3 other person to be the member and I know there are people who will "invite" you if you pay them some $$$.
You can try the one month trial and see if you like it. I don't think you can get another month after that.
