購買官方NBA線上直播? 請三思

本人在國外唸書
所有同學都告訴我 想看NBA比賽就去找免費連結就好
不用去花錢買NBA的線上官方轉播
我當時付的價格是109塊美金的LeaguePass
只能看自選五隊的比賽
你如果想看全部隊伍的比賽 要付更多
我買了, 我錯了

它們的官方標題是提供整季的轉播服務 (Full season)
並且在哪裡都能看 (Watch game anywhere)
這絕對是天大的謊言(而我則是天大的白癡)
實際上它的官方轉(重)播
並不包含整季的比賽
一旦有別的電視台像TNT或 ABC向他們買了該場比賽的轉播權
他們就無法在自己NBA的官方服務裡提供轉播
你連進它們的轉播視窗時 就會給你一段字 "Watch this game on XXX"
但那段字並不是連結 接下來你得自己想辦法找比賽來看
例如尼克在2/23 對熱火那場 轉播是被TNT買走 NBA官方就不提供轉播
還是想看的話 請自己上門找TNT官網
然後在一堆英文的節目廣告之中找到一小行關於NBA轉播的
你看漏眼了的話 就沒比賽看

這次3/4對塞爾提克 被ABC買走
更慘
ABC官網沒有半個字是關於NBA的
花了錢的笨蛋如我 就沒比賽看了
甚至還有明明就是當季的賽事
但在重播選單裡 就是找不到某場比賽的狀況
像上次2/10對湖人 (美西時間)
官方的賽程表有該場比賽
但是線上重(轉)播是找不到該場比賽可看的
想看林書豪該場拿下38分的表現嗎? 靠官方? 去做夢吧

本人一直都堅持應該要支持運動
過去在台灣時 我花錢買票進場看棒球
迷MLB 時 我也掏錢買了比賽轉播
(話說MLB的官方轉播品質真是沒話講)
這次林書豪冒出來 我也覺得忽然有想買轉播看籃球的動力了
因為台灣地區的線上轉播通通都會擋海外IP 我們看不到
我覺得 經濟條件還勉強允許的狀況下
還是一定要用行動支持"優質"的運動比賽
但我平時興趣不包含當冤大頭
下面是我跟官方客服人員的對話 (有興趣看的話)

CSR_Andrew: Unfortunately, Due to the game being broadcasted nationally viaABC; we are not allowed to show the game on our product.
我: I don't understand, why I have to go to another website to find alink
我: So, what's the meanings of "Full- season game"? andwatch anywhere??
CSR_Andrew: Black outs are determined by your IP address, whatever local gamesare in that area via a regional sports network or an over the air station plusall the nationally televised games such as NBA TV.
我: You actually can not provide a full-season game. right?
我: I don't want to know so many reasons about IP or areas.... justtell me, you can't, right?
CSR_Andrew: We provide a full season, Barring blackouts due to other companiesholding the Broadcasting rights to various games.
我: which means, NBA website cannot provide full-season's game.
我: You're telling me, "We, NBA insist we have everything, but wedon't have A and B and C and D and..... sorry, but we have everything."
CSR_Andrew: Is there anything else I can assist you with today?

而且沒有關於退款的規定
怪就怪你自己笨

我知道現在還有很多人在觀望買新手機時
還會特別關心是不是能用手機看NBA比賽
也請好好思考

在台灣有轉播可看的朋友 真的是幸運又幸福
跟我一樣身處海外的學子
不論你要從哪裡關心賽事都好
考慮購買NBA的官方線上轉播服務時
請千萬三思


以下特別加註

發本文用意是主要是針對跟我一樣的非台灣的海外用戶
尤其若是過去沒有買過NBA轉播的話

畢竟國外的電視台並不會特別照顧台灣人的胃口
我們想看自己有興趣的 就得自己想辦法

但是 在英文網站上購買東西時
一方面語言不是真的親切 同時又缺乏經驗
所以 這類問題其實層出不窮

這裡也是大版 海外的版友也為數不少
所以特別發文提及此事
但我想今年因為林書豪的關係
一旦明年起國內電視台打算購買轉播權時
本篇所提到的問題很有可能台灣的朋友也有可能要面對了

請大家特別注意這點就好
NBA官網的轉播畫質是看過都說讚
我本人也絕對這麼認為

但購買之前一定要把條例看清楚
NBA轉播會依你登入時的IP地址來決定你能收看的線上賽事
以本人今年在美西這邊購買了League Pass
四月時在自家電腦上卻可能僅有5場賽事可看的狀況
可就真的是笨透了
