Intel T版處理器主要是用於OEM品牌製造商使用
並沒有刻意推出盒裝版本給零售市場
不過只要有量跟Intel下訂千顆報價為單位的話
也有在少部分的國家市場通路零售，例如：美國或日本
按照Intel的 TDP定義最大散熱功率規範標示來看的話
S 版為 4 核心的 i5 和 i7 最大散熱功率為 65W
T 版的處理器
雙核心系列 TDP 最大散熱功率為35W
四核心系列 TDP 最大散熱功率為45W
這次入手的是剛下放的 Haswell 系列的 Celeron G 1800 Series 處理器
先前已經測試組裝過 G1820 / 53W 順便刻意從國外通路入手了 G1820T / 35W
Celeron G1820和Celeron G1820T規格比較
時脈降低了300Mhz 所以根據Intel的規格表
最大解散功率也可以下修到35W

Intel 的 Tick-Tock 戰略下的處理器銷售定位策略
結尾代碼的桌上型處理器比起 S/T 版系列已經行之有年
S/T 版時脈通常是更低不需要在手動調整刻意降壓或者降頻
主要為了因應某些品牌電腦的特製主機板或者AIO整機系統
因BIOS設計過於陽春的因素無法手動調整的因素
S版或T版即可滿足這些限制需求，更適合AIO一體積或者薄型電腦使用
或者也有一些喜好打造FANLESS環境的DIY使用者也會刻意選用這種T版處理器
