幫我看看!XP藍畫面當機。(圖)

我的電腦會出現藍畫面當機!
但是是在開機很久4~6個小時以上掛著時
出現頻率極低~
當機發生時，都不是CPU滿載
都是上網跟聽音樂時突然就當了! 一點異狀也沒有

CPU P4 2.8 512L FSP800
技嘉GA-8IPE1000-G
記憶體創見1G 1G 512M 512M 總共四條雙通道

我自己覺得可能是記憶體!
由照片中能看出什麼，讓我有個方向去檢查。

The process Folder Guard Kernel Driver or Folder Guard Device Driver belongs to the software Folder Guard Professional Edition or Folder Guard XP Edition by WinAbility® Software Corporation (www.winability.com).

Description: fguard32.sys is located in a subfolder of "C:\Program Files". Known file sizes on Windows XP are 72192 bytes (75% of all occurrence), 70416 bytes.
