iTunes的新手一問

請問一下我iTunes已註冊完畢,我選的是沒有使用信用卡的方式,可是我收的信裡面沒有可以開啟的連結程式在附件裡也沒有東西,而且已經重複在寄了兩遍給我可是裡面還是一樣都沒有可以連結的程式,請問是哪裡錯了
