2014/11/10, 一個月內直接跟Parallels線上客服chat, Parallels說序號被block, 要我聯絡賣家.
我請Parallels提供黑名單理由, Parallels說需要一點時間, 理由後續email給我.
我也再一次把沒屋頂付款明細給Parallels.
我跟沒屋頂賣家聯絡, 把客服對談記錄給賣家, 賣家很阿莎力說為了信譽, 明天退款給我,
我會繼續跟Parallels email, 如果序號可以用, 當然我會再把款項給賣家.
上個月在沒屋頂買了2個Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac, 不是買升級版,
分別安裝在我的MBPR和Mac mini上,
10/16, 10/17安裝後, 啟動序號都沒問題
前兩天把我的MBPR整個clear並且internet重灌,
再重新裝好Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac後, 要activate序號就失敗了, 就是顯示紅色X不讓我activate

我有在Parallels support mail給Parallels詢問
我覺得有幾個地方可以證明序號是我買的:
1. 外盒序號照片 (雖然是日文, 難道這個只能啟動一次?)
2. 登入Parallels my account, 有我上個月註冊的2份序號

3. 沒屋頂購買記錄

1,2都跟Parallels客服講了, 客服還是叫我提供購買證明
3昨天寄了, 到現在還沒回應
請問有沒有人有類似經驗?
難道買到的不是合法正版?

沒屋頂我的帳號, 賣方帳號, 客服姓名都用xxx換掉了

Please tell me what's going wrong about my activate key?
Or tell me what's going wrong about my purchase?
Why my activate is not able to reinstall?
At the age of using Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac, I reinstalled many times and never occur the situation like this time.
Could you explain the policy of using activate key?

When I entered my key to activate, it just should red "X" and no error message.
