裝置驅動程式軟體安裝不成功

請教各位前輩，Zowie EC2 eVo滑鼠，插上電腦後裝置驅動程式軟體安裝不成功

可是卻會出現

之後在裝置管理員手動安裝驅動程式
裝置驅動程式軟體安裝不成功

還是無法安裝成功

但是把滑鼠換到筆記型電腦，顯示自動找尋驅動程式，自動安裝後卻可以正常使用

MB:P8H77-V LE

OS:Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64位元

看看原廠有沒有附光碟，或者上官網找找看。
印象中windows7會自動搜尋驅動程式，但是有些也是找不到。

之前有裝過MOTIONJOY嗎 ????

我懷疑是上述程式造成USB裝置辨識錯誤，
我有一支 STEELSERIES KINZU V3 的滑鼠也出現類似狀況，
安裝在其他機型都OK，就是安裝在用過MOTIONJOY的PC上會出現安裝驅動程式錯誤的訊息~~~至今無解~~~哀

P.S.我的PC OS : Windows 7 PRO 64位元
