1.確定USB除錯開啟
2.HTC驅動程式已安裝
3.一張記憶卡(過程中會格式化)
4.開始前關閉手機中的應用程式與網路
5.60%以上電力
6.準備一條電線
7.手機被蓋打開

1.下載Temproot.zip解壓縮到桌面
2.將手機與電腦使用USB線連結(保持手機為HTC SYNC模式)
3.打開temp_root.bat讓他跑(完成前別碰手機)
<<<如果temp_root.bat跑成功自動重開機後螢幕會是黑的只剩上方工具列>>>
4.下載Controlbear工具(FOR WINDOWS (ICS))
5.看一下影片了解接下來要做的事原作者網站
6.RUN ControlBear.exe
當Do wire-trick now!! Look instructions at web出現
馬上拿起電線接(碰下去有聲音代表連結成功，有聲音才開始0.5 1.75 0.5)
碰0.5秒後移開，移開後心中默數1.75秒，再碰0.5秒後再移開
成功後會出現

等手機重開，重複6的步驟(我try了10幾次才成功)
7.bootloader底下會出現s-off，這時reboot重開機
8.將Temproot.zip內三個檔案adb fastboot AdbWinApi.dll放到C:\123下
開啟cmd
輸入CD \123 按ENTER
接者在依序輸入
adb shell rm /data/local.prop
adb shell rm /data/local/tmp
adb shell mv /data/local/tmp.orig /data/local/tmp
adb reboot
(重開後螢幕畫面出現)
9.執行temp_root_remove.bat讓他跑(完成前別碰手機)
10.恭喜你，成功S-off了
