我是在做一份有關決策分析的報告~而在我看的paper裡出現了Computer-enabled和Software-based這兩個詞~用google和奇摩知識都找不到對他們的解釋~希望知道答案的大大可以提供我說明~謝謝!!!

整句如下~The E- Manufacturing environment provides two possible features that can lead to the advances of PMSs(Performance Measurement System).
First,Computer-enabled equipments and Software-based activities facilitate the automatic data collection over the system performance.
