TP-LINK 1043ND 老機器打雞血 (啟用Shortcut Forwarding Engine加速) DDWRT OpenWrt LEDE

先說明一下我的這台1043ND 是V1.1
根據wikidev的說明規格如下
CPU1: Atheros AR9132 (400 MHz)
FLA1: 8 MiB 
RAM1: 32 MiB

由於申請了500M的網路
有線網路怎麼測試都在200M左右
上網查看一些訊息
啟用Shortcut Forwarding Engine之後應該會有大幅度的加速
決定安裝OpenWrt來測試

沒啟用SFE之前大約是230Mbps

大約有2.4倍的效能增進!!!
到speedtest測試也在480Mbps
這樣就不會因為1043ND 被限制在200M
可以符合我申請的500M網路
以上iperf3測試的server是一台PC接在wan

由於OpenWrt可以自己安裝想要的軟體
所以我在1043ND上也安裝了iperf3
測試的結果大約在167Mbps

畢竟是2010的老機器CPU是AR9132
這樣的效能不意外
若是比較新的CPU例如QCA9558
應該會有更亮眼的表現
