UIQ3專屬的Google Maps上線了，支援透過基地台定位。

剛在國外的Symbian網站看到的消息，新版UIQ3專屬的Goole Maps(2.0.5版)上線了。

[New] Native Google Maps client for UIQ 3.x
Google has just released a native C++ Google Maps client for UIQ 3.x based smartphones. It works much faster than the Java MIDP version and has richer functionality, including "My Location" function showing (approximately) where you are. To get the application, open www.google.com/gmm in the web browser of your UIQ 3.x phone.

重點是現在UIQ3手機可以不用使用JAVA版的Google Maps了。
UIQ3專屬版的Google Maps更快而且支援My Location。
