3. If i knew how to type chinese, I would type. However, I do not type chinese. I copied and pasted the chinese in my previous post. "這樣虧人比較有成就感囉?" It is not my problem of posting my comments in english, but it is not my intention at all. I post my comments in english in all Hong Kong / Taiwan discussion forums anyway.

people should not be offened if someone posts comments in English.

上一封客服來信跟我說無附這些配件,害我爆走後...
我又再寄一封信...請他們再度確認此項商品的內容!
當天是星期日,客服人員似乎無法確定倒底附加配件有哪些東西,
於是請我稍等,待星期一上班後再詳細查詢。

昨日(周三)
我妹的手機接獲簡訊(我手機被偷,留我妹的手機號碼),
告知配件已於9/7日(周三)寄出,預定9/8日(周四)寄到。
今天我妹接獲電話,告知手機配件已寄到,
但因我家沒人在家,她請快遞送至鄰居家代領。
剛剛回家後,趕緊去鄰居家拿快遞........
回家拆開包裝............
哈哈...我可愛的原廠耳機和傳輸線真的出現了...!!!!!!!
真是感動到痛哭流涕阿!!!


整件事雖然奇摩購物/興奇科技股份有限公司有瑕疵的地方,
但我個人覺得後續的處理不錯...
我本以為要他們相信真的沒附這些配件給我,就要費一番功夫......
但他們算是秉著互信原則,
不囉唆直接寄配件給我.!
我個人是覺得很滿意他們的處理方式!

感謝01的眾多網友給我意見,
我本以為在這黑暗的社會,我看我只好認了..
但因有大家的意見,讓我的原廠配件失而復得!
真的是很感謝大家..

其實不管怎麼樣...有補給買家就好...

剛看了購物的網站..還是只有寫(手機*1+電池*1+旅充*1)+512M記憶卡...

用台灣"格語"講----就是"花轟"....

拜託拜託,除非您的電腦不能輸入中文,否則盡量用"繁體中文"方便大家閱讀,您的意思大家也才真正看得懂,是吧!!
