P800 - mRouterRuntime MFC Application

Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem, cos whenever I tried to connect
my P800 thru the docking to my PC (WinXP), the mRouterRuntime MFC
Application error page would come up and the connection fails!

well,my english is not very good...Hope u can understand what i said...

First,I want to make sure that mRouterRuntime MFC Application is official PC Suit program??If the answer is yes,I think u can try to download the latest version of PC Suit that maybe can solve ur problem.

I guess it might the OS Problem ....

you can try another OS such as 98 98se ME 2000
