將Setup目錄下的 route.txt 和 url.txt 中IP由原來 163.29.3.100 改成 163.29.3.98 後，執行並更新資料庫時 XLS 可以正確下載。

但下載完更新資料的時候在處理南迴線上行時發生錯誤訊息如下：
