Thank you for enjoying our product.We have solution for this problem now. please ask your operator or local service center to handle it.
Do not remove "[Case Number:NNNNNNN]" from the subject line of your replies.
If you do not include the Case Number in the subject line of the return e-mail,then your existing Case will not be updated, and this may cause additional delays in associating your e-mail to the original Case.
If you are in need of requesting technical support for a new issue, then you should send a new message without the previous Case Number for a new case assignment.

I don't know where to look for help, since you guys is making this product and know this problem,
would you please show me directly or any software patches for the fix ?
But not asking me to ask my operator about this , and then they will ask me to ask manufaturer , which is HUAWEI again !!!
