1. Make sure yr PPC is supported by Cool Camera, and has Wifi (if yr PPC only has Bluetooth, you may try BT activesync first and follow the instructions in the thread below)
2. Follow the thread to have Cool Camera installed and working over wired connection first: http://www.mobile01.com/topicdetail.php?f=129&t=185776
3. Find out yr desktop or laptop's IP address. (e.g. Start -> Run -> "cmd", then "ipconfig" in dos prompt).
4. open the "Config.txt" under CoolCamera's installation directory. (e.g. "\Program Files\Ateksoft CoolCamera") and put in yr desktop/laptop's IP address for "WebcamIP:"
5. Turn on the wifi of yr ppc and start CoolCamera. In Setting > WebCam > Server:, choose the IP of yr laptop/desktop instead of "Auto".
6. Start CoolCamera webcam mode and U should be able to use yr PPC as wireless webcam now. (Sometime you may need to restart the webcam mode for PC application to pickup the vidoe)

首先依http://www.mobile01.com/topicdetail.php?f=129&t=185776這篇文章來下載程式及安裝在pc端和ppc端，我今天下載的是1.152b2版的CoolCamera，再依jackleung大大的指示，打開ppc端的CoolCamera，按方向鍵可切換四種模式，依次分別是Photo、Video、Interval、Webcam顯示在左上角，切換到Webcam模式下，在螢幕點擊Webcam，會出現主目錄，按下導航中央鍵進入Main>Settings，就有編輯Config.txt的功能，按下去後進行編輯，在WebcamIP:這裏鍵入pc的IP即可。
如何知道自己的IP呢，你可以在pc上的附屬應用程式中，有一個命令提示字元，打開後鍵入ipconfig，就會出現你的IP位址了。
在Webcam的模式下，按導航中央鍵來啟動，畫面就會自動傳到你的電腦囉！
因為我不會上傳圖片，只好一直用描述的，不知道看得懂不懂，不好意思。
我是用ETEN M600操作，無論是用藍芽或是無線上網，都沒問題。
