只是我想請問如何抓取ICRT的[ICRT NOD] ICRT EZNews服務的聲音檔呢?

THE 'ALL CAPS' ISSUE:
The reason our news scripts are in ALL CAPS is that all of our on air news scripts are written in ALL CAPS to make it easier for our News Anchors to read. This is standard throughout the broadcast industry in English-speaking countries. We realize this may be a little bit more difficult for those of you who are not used to it. It is, however, that only way for us to get the news scripts to you in time for you to read along with the newscast. Otherwise, we would have to completely re-type the script which might mean sacrificing giving you the latest news information. ANY LARGER U.S. FORCE TO BACK THE WEST AFRICAN-LED PEACE MISSION WILL FOLLOW ONLY AFTER PRESIDENT CHARLES TAYLOR LEAVES THE COUNTRY.
