Maction Tech, the company that sells Monster Chinese and PaPaGo, has the worest customer service compared with other companies.

Speak out, sisters and brothers. They simply ignore what we are asking for.

Recently, I have sent numerous email (at least 10 emails) to request removing my email from their newsletter distribution. Not only they did not return my request, but they still continue sending me promotion emails every day.

VERY VERY upset about this company. I remember that one guy post a topic regarding software upgrade policy over this forum. Maction Tech refuse to offer free PaPago upgrade to him and ask for $NT 600 from him even he purchased it for only 3 days. A money sucker company.

Obveiously, this company is a very customer Friendless company. Let us speak out with our ANGRY. Our right is simply ignored by This bad company.
