Please perform a system shut down by selecting: Menu > Support > Shut Down. Leave the robot off for thirty seconds before turning it back on. Upon turning the unit back on, it will need to be charged, as the shut down process will drain the robot’s batteries; this is normal.
If this process doesn’t cure the RPS error, you robot will need to be replaced, unfortunately.
